Specified Username Already Exists or Is Reserved.

I am trying to set up new users on my ReadyNAS 102 but every time I enter the user details I get the above error message.

Is there a location I can go to to wipe all of thed previous users (Outside of the admin page) as I can't see these users on the admin page?

Thanks

I think the problem is, I created the user without assigning it to a group and now I can't locate the user to assign it to a group.
