Viewing/working folders on the NAS over WAN
Hi,
I have some users using the NAS over LAN which makes things pretty simple as the NAS appears on the network list on Windows Explorer.
Reagrding colleagues that are not at the main office, they have been using their internet browsers to access folders/files over ReadyCLOUD.
Any way to get a VPN going where they can also access the information on Windows Explorer?

They can use ReadyCloud desktop client on their computers and ReadyCloud app on their smart phones and tablets.

Note that ReadyCloud won't work for you if you are using Active Directory. Also, the readycloud accounts are distinct from the local accounts - which is a major problem if you are using the home share feature.
Setting up a VPN might be the best way to go, especially if there is frequent remote access.
