Volume Rebuild - not happening

I have a ReadyNAS Pro that had a failed disk and the array is not rebuilding. Failed Seagate ST31000340NS Ch3 of 3 disk array. I replaced failed disk with same model Seagate ST31000340NS. The Disk shows as available under Raid Settings with 928GB free, but it is not rebuilding. How do I get this to happen?

Please try hot-plug the new drive again. If still do not rebuild, please contact the netgear support center.
Maybe need login the system for further check and debug
