5G band on Netgear ex6150 not working with PS4

Question

My PS4 won't connect to this device (Netgear Ex6150v2) on the 5G band, I'm a computer tech, I checked all the channels, my phone and laptop connects to it to it, but not the PS4. I used a wifi analyzer to check signal strength, which is fine, but still not connecting on 5ghz.

I tried fastlane 5G to router, 2.4G to ps4, that works, but not ideal.

... feeling a bit ripped off, like some firmware issue... any suggestions?

Which model ps4 do you have? Not all models were dual band.&nbsp;

I got both ps4 and ps4 pro... IDK... on my pro I can see the SSID, but can't connect... even if I hold a wifi analyzer (on phone) in the same spot and test for the DB.... 1meter through a wall, can't connect...

Does it connect to the primary routers 5ghz?How did you setup the extender? using wps or using the installation wizard?

Yes, connects direct to router 5G. I used installation wizard for extender...Also, I have two of these extenders, the other one not opened.. can test if same problem with another extender... but I saw someone else had same issue with same model:&nbsp;https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/691087-playstation-4/75550789&nbsp;... Thinking about returning the other one if not both... idk...&nbsp;But for the price.. I hope I can get it to work or Netgear does firmware update to fix issue...
