6300v2 says no ethernet cable conected

Question

My 6300v2 suddenly stopped working. &nbsp;I have logged into the router's IP address and it says no internet connection. &nbsp;When I try to run set up it says no ethernet cable connected. &nbsp;The ethernet cable works connected right to my laptop or to my 10 year old Belkin router, so it's not the cable. &nbsp;Netgear says I need to pay them $89 to extend my service with their tech support. &nbsp;I say their device, which is still under warranty crapped out.&nbsp;Anything I can do on my end to fix it?

Did you power cycled the router or reset it?

Yes, power cycle was the first thing I tried then i tried a factory reset, even tried something called the 30-30-30&nbsp;
