6400 ext not showing up as a WiFi network for setup
Trying to install WiFi extender following the instructions but it doesn’t show up as a network choice

did you set it up using wps?
If so, its default method of setup is using its "one ssid' function.
thats where it uses same ssid as the router and lets devices roam between it and the router as needed.

Can't get it to come up on any devices. It says it's connected to our wifi though

Did you set it up using wps?
Or using the "onessid" function?
If so, it won't show up as a seperate network because its a mesh device. It uses the same ssid as the router and standard scans see them as one network.
