AC75 Nighthawk Cannot Access Router Login, 401 Error, worked fine last night.

Ok, so here's the issue, and maybe it's just a temporary thing on Netgear's end? Last night, I jumped on routerlogin.com saved in my favorites so I could turn the wifi on. I typically keep it off most of the time unless I need it for some reason and just run my laptop on ethernet. Today I wanted to use the wifi. So I clicked the favorite icon and got asked for my login informaiton. This is Not Normal. Typically it just goes straight into the router settings and I make my adjustment and go on my merry way. Today it asked for the login. I put it in correctly, and it didn't work. Then I got the infamous 401 Not Authorized page. I attempted to reset the password. (I've now done this three times) It "Appears" to work, but then when I go back to login it either jumps to the 401 page again. Or it flashes for a second and then gives me the Admin with empty password, if I try and put in the new password again it either sends me to the 401 page, or it flashes again and a third time I try the password and then get the 401 page.

I have restarted my computer. Cleared my cache in safari. Tried Chrome. Unplugged and replugged the router. And Reset the router using the button on the back. I can now get on the wifi of the factory settings.... but I STILL cannot get on router login, to change the settings, name of network, password, or TURN OFF the Wifi. I know I got what I "wanted" but I want to be able to turn it on and off. What is GOING ON? Haha frustrated as this is a two month old router that has been working perfectly.

What modem is it connected to?
If you disconnect the R6020 from the modem, are you able to connect to it and access/use it ?
    • Internet is working fine, as I mentioned I can connect via ethernet and do my thing, it's accessing the routerlogin page from my mac. I've actually been able to access it from my phone which is handy, and didn't work before. Also I think it's a safari issue because I've been able to get there and adjust settings on my mac using google chrome.

Actually I just checked and now it's working through safari.... I'm guessing it was just a server issue or something on NetGear side.
