Cannot access mywifiext.net after update on EX7300

email suggested update. Everything has been fine since install in 2017. Did update from mywifiext.net. All my devices, i.e. TV, computer, phone, work fine, and recognize the nets, both speeds. But I cannot access control panel, i.e. mywifiext.net, either by url or numbers. Not by wifi or by LAN cable. What did they do with this update?
