Cannot connect devices to my WiFi extender (AC750)
Hello, I have just bought a AC750 WiFi range extender (Model EX 3110). I have managed to connect it to the router so that now the extender shows a green light where it says: Power, Router and WPS as well.
Now I can see two new WiFi options: MyNetwork'sName_2GEXT and MyNetwork'sName_5GEXT.
The QuickStart booklet that arrived with the device says to use the same password as for the original WiFi but I cannot manage to connect with any of my devices, even though I've located the device close to the router.
Also it has no ports.. so don't know if there's another way of connecting? But I might as well just be missing something..
Many thanks,
Axel

Re: Cannot connect devices to my WiFi extender (AC750)
did you set it up using wps?
If so, try a factory reset and install it using the installation assistant and not wps.
Not all routers code wps the same (they should) and it can cause issues.
what router are you connecting it to?

Re: Cannot connect devices to my WiFi extender (AC750)
Thanks for the reply,
The router says Technicolor and the front and the version: TG789vn.
How do I install it using an installation assistant?
Thank you!
