Cannot connect to setup of EX6100 anymore after Firmware update

Howdy folks, 

 

I have something strange here - have this range extender which I am using now quite for a while, it always had a secure connection where a password was required. Recently, I've noticed a problem that my cell phone did not connect to the 2.4G connection anymore, and the 5G connection all of a sudden showed that it was an open connection.

So I accessed the setup via www.mywifiext.net and changed the passwords for the extender - sofar so good. Then I noticed that there was a message telling me that a firmware update was available. I downloaded it and the Extender rebooted, my Surface and Cell both connect to the extender with the new password.
Then I wanted to reaccess the Extender again via mywifiext.net and found the access paging looking different than the last time. I am getting on a site where I see a kid on a bed giving a treat to his dog. There is only one link that says "New configuration of the repeater", that's the only thing I can click. Doing so, I am getting to a page that says "Creating new account" where I need to enter a user name, passwords and two answers to 2 safety questions. After I've done that and press next, I am immediately getting back to the previous page again "New configuration of the repeater".... turning in circles here but cannot access the repeater anymore... any ideas?

    Hello Peach2605

     

    I would first try to clear your internet history or try to use a different web browser if that does not work you may have to factory reset the extender.
