Cant connect wifi camera

I have a ex7000 wifi extender i can connect to the laptop , smartphone , smart tv without issues

But i cant connect to the wifi camera what would be the issue here?

    Does the extender have the exact same wireless name as your main router? if so you may try changing the SSID on the extender then try connecting those devices.

      hi sorry for late reply i worked out that the password doesnt like special characters so it seems i need to confirm this again

       

      also in the settings i changed it static ip

       

      then restarted everything

       

      now the cam is connecting
