Changing my router to a new connection

Hi there,

I would be so grateful if anyone could help. 

I have had to change broadband supplier but my extender is still picking up the old connection. How do I change it over to the new one so that all my building can have internet connection please? 

Thanks in advance for any help. I have tried a couple of other forums but found the instructions very complicated. This isn't my area of expertise at all!

    Hi Eimear2018,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    1. Do you already have your new network setup (devices are able to connect to the main network and go online)?

    2. If yes, you can reset the extender to factory settings and go through the setup process of connecting to your new network. Page 43 of the user manual on this link may help. The installation guide can be found here.
