Connected to Extender, but no Internet
Hi,
I haven't been able to get my Netgear Extender to work. I have set it up, factory reset it etc. all successfuly so that it is connected to my Bt Home Hub, however the internet does not work. It has worked previously so it is no fault of the Bt Home Hub, and the Home Hub's Internet works itself, but the extender's internet does not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Welcome to the community!
1. What is the firmware version of the extender?
2. Have you tried changing the channel of the main wireless network (BT Home Hub)?
3. Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?
4. Does the issue persist on all the devices that connect to the extender?
5. Please make sure that there is no filtering feature on the main network that may be blocking access for the extender.
