Connecting to new router
I'm trying to connect my extender to a new router in a new location. I've printed the NETGEAR genie instillation, however I can't get any devices to pick up the extender. Do I need to get into the factory reset of the extender? What do I do after that to get the extender completely set up?

Yes you would need to factory reset the unit and then just do the setup again.
