Connection problems to Virgin Hub3
I have just had a new Virgin Hub3 installed and cannot get it to connect with WPS to my WN1000RP range extender - which I need to cover dead spots in my home. It worked fine with my old Virgin Hub 2, but the new router does not want to know. Any ideas on how to connect it please - it is now doing my head in !!

Re: Connection problems to Virgin Hub3
Did you first factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds?

Yes, both extenders were re-set to factory defaults. I have 2 range extenders, an EX6120 and a WN1000RP and neither would connect using Virgin Hub3 WPS button and range extender WPS button, even when they were within 2 metres of each other....so...I went into the router settings (192.168.0.1), and went to 'Advanced Settings/Wireless'..then clicked 'Add Client'. I then pressed the WPS button on the range extender and....BINGO....after a few seconds the lights all came on and it connected. All is now OK with both extenders using this method. Not sure if the issue is with the range extenders or the hub, but this work around was successful - so problem solved - thanks for helping.
