The unit appears to work, 2ext is green and the arrows are green but none of our computers or tablets will connect to it. It shows that they connect but there is no Internet. I have tried resetting and nothing happens. Shame on Netgear for not having customer support after paying a lot of money for this model

If you have the SSID set the same as the router try to change that and then see if the devices will connect. If not try to factory reset the EX7000 by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then do the setup again. Also make sure your routers security type is set to WPA2.
