Does WIFI password need to end in EXT?
Replaced our router and have been trying to establish range entender connection to new one. Manual says the extender network will end with _2GENT or _5GEXT. I don't get those network choices on my device's WIFI network list but I do get an option ending in -5G. I click on it and am connected to the internet. Is this the WIFI address for the extender? On the actual range extender the Client Link isn't lit. I can't get it to light.

I now realize that my computer was remembering my old WIFI addresses and have deleted them. So my question now is only about the name of the WIFI network and the Client light.
