EX3700 extender problem with IOS

i can only find my extender on my mac and other (apple tv, my tv...) and i can't find it on my ios devices (ipad air and iphone 5)

can someone help my?

    If you are unable to see the network I would suggest changing the SSID first see if they can see it. Also have you tried to manually add the SSID into the Ipad and Iphone to see if they will connect to them.
