EX6120 cant access installation assistant video

just got a new router from Verizon and can not set up extender. No WPS button and cant get access to the Netgear Insstallation Assistant because the network,Netgear_Ext does not show up. Help me set up this extender please

    Which verison router are you connecting to? 

    some of verizon's routers need the setting for self-organizing network to be disabled prior to setup. 

    Did you factory reset the extender? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. That should get you back to stock settings for setup.
