Ethernet port stopped working

The wi-fi still works but the ethernet port stopped.  Extender is about a year old.  I reset the extender but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Is the ethernet LED lit on either the client device or the extender?

 

Did you try switching to a different cable?  Sometimes they do fail.
