Extender all of a sudden takes me to log in page to connect

I used to be able to click on my wifi and there were 2 network connections and it would just connect. Now it brings me to a netgear long in page and there is like my network names there but they are added onto and it won't connect me at all. My extender usually has to two green lights on the top half that are lit and the WPA or whatever side button isn't usually lit but now one green light is lit on the top left and the wpa light is lit. My landlord said he reset the router but how do I get back to my normal networks listed and connected
