Extender
HI,
Need some assistance. I have just updated my wifi and now I cannot reconnect the extender. I have reset back to factory settings and that does not help either.

what exactly did you do?
Did you install a new router?
If so, what model router?Are you setting up the extender using wps or using the installation assistant?
What firmware is on the extender?
What error are you getting from the extender or whats happening?Details are key to helping out.
Hi,
My internet went down and it was due to the modem. I installed a new modem and the wifi connects to all other items in the house but
when try to install/connect the extender I cannot get it to work. At the moment all lights are blue except for the router which is red.
What model modem did you install?
Are you setting it up with wps or the installation assistant?
