Incorrect password

Hello- trying to connect my extender to a device and it says incorrect password even though it isn’t ? Will I have to restart the extender or is it something else that’s wrong ?

    Are other devices connecting to the extender?

        You may want to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then set up the extender like a new product again.
