Just Moved- Cannot remember password for mesh extender

We just moved and hit a barrier when setting up our wifi mesh extender.  From the cell phone we can see the address for the extender, but when we enter the password. Its not the correct one.

 

How do we find out and or change the password?  Help!

    You could simply factory reset it back to stock and reinstall it. 

    Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

    then follow the install guide. 

    I'd recommend using the installation assistant and not wps.
