My router and device lights are off

I have a net gear extension but I took it out of a plug extender thing to put a different plug underneath it, then plugged the net gear extension back in the router and device lights were off. I waited a bit but the only 2 lights that were on were the WPS and on/off lights which were both green. Before I took the extension out it was fully functioning. I am using an Ethernet cable thing plugged into my pc and the extension. I have a spark modem. Help!!! I’ve searched online everywhere but nothing is helping!!
