N300 V3 Link led is always red even when I have't moved my Desktop.

Yesterday I bought the N300 WN3000RPv3 and it worked perfectly. Today when I woke up and turned on my PC I noticed that the link led light was on red. So I turned off the extender, reseted into factory and when I connected the compute again it started blinking from green to red until it just stoped in red. There's a different post about this and an user gave a link for the firmware but when I click nothing happens. Only a new tab opens but it's all white.
