N300 model EX2700 I'm trying to set up my wifi extender,

I go to the mywifi page and fill in all requested fields.

That is - email address, password and two security questions. i oress the 'next' tab and it asks for my username ( i have not previously been asked to provide this)!

I fill both fields with the only information I have given which is email and password and all I get is a message requesting once again the correct username and password.

Does anyone know what my username is for this purpose as I have never given a username?

    Hi Mike0356,

     

    Welcome to the community!

     

    1. You can try resetting the extender back to factory settings as described on page 34 of the user manual on this link then go through the setup as described here.

    2. You can also try using another device for the setup process.
