NETGEAR EX6400 is able to connect to wifi but wont load anything/work
I've had the Netgear EX6400 for about a month and it has worked with no problems up until now. I am using it as a wifi extender.
It is able to connect to the router and all the lights are green. It shows up as a wifi network on my devices and allows me to connect. However once I'm connected, the wifi doesn't actually work - it won't load anything.
I've tried turning it on and off countless times, plugged it in at various plugs around my house. I've factory reset it about 4 times (in the same room as the router) and still the same issue.
Any help or ways to fix pls

Re: NETGEAR EX6400 is able to connect to wifi but wont load anything/work
What router are you connecting it to?
What method of setup are you using when you install it?
Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Here's a video of how to use the assistant.
