NETGEAR Extender Router EX3700

I have been using intermittently for several years. I've consistently encountered difficulties accessing the extender's menu via the router address or IP address. I would like to check for firmware updates and explore other configuration options, but this access issue has made it challenging to do so. Any guidance and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    what router are you connecting it to? 

    what method of setup are you using? If its wps, factory reset and install using the assistant.
