NetGear EX6100 Extender won't connect to WIFI

HI - Don't get it. Trying to connect my EX6100 extender to my home wifi - and have repeated steps multiple times (press WPA button then press Router WPA) (even tried WPA button then WIFI box WPA button) (even reset to factory outlet) - and still no luck.
I have 3 green lights but not four. I know this will be easy for your techies out there. RIght
