NetGear EX6100 Extender won't connect to WIFI
My internet company recently experienced an internet outage, and since then my wifi extender has been down. I tried factory resetting it, though since then it has been unable to connect to the WPS. This also happened earlier this year in February and there was no issue to reconnect. I called the netgear support who found no issue with my device and recommended I post in this forum. Hopefully someone can help me. For reference, WPS light blinks when I push it, though doesn't connect, after a few mins the light goes off and all that is left on is the green power light.
I have also tried to connect via the nighthawk app with no luck 😞
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: NetGear EX6100 Extender won't connect to WIFI
factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Here's a video of how to use the assistant.

Re: NetGear EX6100 Extender won't connect to WIFI
Thanks so much for your response, and I appreciate you sending the directive video. Unfortunately, after resetting the Wi-Fi extender, when I go to connect my device to the network NETGEAR_EXT there is no internet connection available to use the installation assistant. Is there another way to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Re: NetGear EX6100 Extender won't connect to WIFI
you don't need an internet connection to set it up.
Once connected, go to mywifiext.net or 192.168.1.250 and go through setup. It won't connect to the internet until you've went through setup.
