Netgear EX7000 Firmware update failed
The recent firmware update to my Netgear EX7000 failed. Now I cannot talk to it.
After rebooting the two wireless range icons are steady amber and the device to extender icon is flashing green.
A factory reset does nothing to these icons and the WPS button has no effect either.
Can this extender be recovered and if so how?
I have found somebody else having this same problem a few years ago and he got no replies. For the cost of raising a Premium Support call I might as well buy a new extender.

Re: Netgear EX7000 Firmware update failed
Hi @Deamonc,
Please follow the below link though it says that it is for routers. But, replace IP address 192.168.1.10 by 192.168.1.127 and Gateway address 192.168.1.1 by 192.168.1.250
