Network Security Key not the same as router
I was able to connect my router to the extender using the WPS button and the extender is now visible as a wifi option on my laptop. However the network name of the extender (6054) is not showing the same as my router network (3407) and my router password is not working as the network security code for the extender. How do I find the network security code for the extender if it's different from the router? Since I'm not able to connect to search for it that way?

What firmware is on the extender? The mesh option was added in version 1.0.1.86.
What router is it connected to?
What I'd recommend?
Start by updating the firmware to the latest version on the extender.
Once updated and rebooted, factory reset the extender back to factory.
Then re-install it but using the installation wizard and not wps.
WPS can get coded different between different manufacturer's and this can cause issues. So try the install using the wizard.
