Night Hawk X4S does broadcast fast speed

Question

I connected my AC2200 Nighthawk in the same room as my Spectrum router. When I connect to the Spectrum router and do a SpeedTest, I get 300 Mbps or greater. When I disconnect the Spectrum router and connect to the AC2200 Nighthawk (again in the same room - about 5ft apart), I get barely 30 Mbps. Can someone tell me why?&nbsp;

Are you connecting to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz signal?&nbsp;&nbsp;

The 5.0 is broadcasting at 300 Mbps or greater. The 2.4 is 40 Mbps at best.
