Nighthawk WiFi extender not working
Last night I unplugged my WiFi extender because I thought it was messing with one of my consoles, I need to use it because my computer I built doesn’t have wireless capability so I use the extenders Ethernet to connect to internet on my computer, and when I plugged it back up it wouldn’t connect to my internet, kept saying something like “could not connect to internet name” and would not work, I tried factory resetting it and setting up new device and it kept saying it could not connect to the netgear. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

What are the led's on it doing? all of them?
What firmware is on the extender?
What method of setup are you using? WPS or the installation assistant?
Are you able to log into the extender via its IP address?
- At first the just power led comes on, then in the app when I connect to the net gear extended WiFi the light on the other end, which is if it is connect to your phone turns on, but that’s it, I don’t know what firmware it is and I don’t know how I would be able to check? Not without being able to get into the app and getting it to work, I’m trying to use the app to get it to work, and I’m not sure how to log into it with the ip. I truly don’t know why I can’t get it to work.
- Nevermind, now I got the app to detect it and I finally got in and everything but it won’t give internet, it’s like it’s set up and everything but it just won’t give out internet like it’s not connect, but in the app it says it is, in the app it says it’s offline.
