Nighthawk X6S EX8000 Issues
EX8000 - firmware updated, unit drops the connection without continuous use, if I turn off the extender, the connection from router works fine.

After over an hour with tech support, it was concluded the unit is defective.

My brand new Night hawk X6 R8000 not sure how it differs from your X6S EX8000 model.
Work amazing for 2 weeks then started to reboot every hour or so.
Tech support in India just told me to replace where I purchased . So I swapped it over for a new R8000 fingers crossed.
