Nighthawk guest network disappeared from access points

I have a Nighthawk X6 router with three wired X6S access points. The guest wifi network has disappeared from the access points. It is only visible on the router. Not just a hidden SSID; a wifi analyzer shows no guest network near each of the extenders. The guest network only has 2.4G enabled. The main network has 2.4 and 5G enabled.

 

I have all 4 devices pegged at channel 3 for 2.4G. It's because a co-located business is using the default channels 1, 6 and 11 on their equipment (Aruba). I was getting random failures until I made that change.

 

Any ideas what I should look at? I have restarted all of them (not factory reset).

    Factory reset all EX units and setup from scratch.

      I factory reset each EX and the guest network appeared for less than 30 minutes then disappeared again. If I enable the 5GHz guest networks they all work correctly. Looks like a bug. I wonder if they would update firmware anymore.
