Not connecting to 5GHz ?

Cannot get my range extender to connect to my 5Ghz. Any help is appreciated. It sees it, but is not connecting. Update the firmware, tried the WPS connection twice.  My phone and other devices see it and connect to it but not my range extender.  Any help is appreciated.

    You may want to try and factory reset the extender and try the setup again. To do a factory reset hold the reset button for 10+ seconds.
