Orbi is magenta

I have Orbi wifi.
Been working fine. The router is magenta and satellite blue.
I have shut down and reset and synched and still not working.
Thoughts?

Who is your ISP?

What's the modem that you have? 

Try to change Ethernet cable between the modem and the router. 

By the way, which Orbi model do you have?

What's the firmware version installed in your Orbi?

If you can access the admin page of the Orbi then try to reinstall the firmware manually.

Problem solved resetting Orbi and still not working, broke down and called TWC.
Internet was intermittent which was causing all of my problems
