Override username and password
I purchased the EX7300 extender for our 14,000sq ft amenity center. The extender is recognized by my mobile device but when i try to use it, it asks for the netgear username and password. I need to find a way to override the username and password because it is being used by residents. Any assistance would be great!

Hi DWTW,
Looks like your extender is not setup properly and not communicating to your main network because of which you are coming across this issue. Try to set it up again by placing it next to the router and check if it works before you move it to its actual location.
