Powerline 2000 won’t give full speed

I’m having trouble getting this to get full speed. On my Xbox when I had it plugged into the Powerline extender I was getting download speed up to 60 mbps which isn’t slow but I tried it on WiFi and I got 180 mbps both are connected to my nighthawk router that’s connected to my ISP AT&T I have 1 gig fiber internet from. On my phone my router gets over 300 mbps. I just know that 60 mbps on a wired connection from my Powerline is too low when WiFi is faster! Please if anyone can help me I’d really appreciate it!!
