My Range Extender won't connect to the internet though it shows 5 bars on my computer. I can connect to the Extender, but it won't connect to the internet. I see others have this problem, but I have seen no solutions for this model. My computer is a Dell XPS with Windows 7. Can anyone help me?

Hi @MoBo48,
Welcome to the community!
1. Please make sure you go though the setup procedure. The installation guide is linked below.
http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6100/EX6100_QSG_24sep2015.pdf
2. Once you have the extender configured and connected to the main network you should be able to go online through the extender.
