Rebooting WN2500RP

Need to connect to a new/different router.  Unplugged and attempting to reboot my extender but the powerlight will not change from amber to green.  Already tried holding factory reset for 10 seconds as well as unplugging the powersource.  Any ideas?

    Are you able to log into the extender at all?
