Setting a Static IP on EX2700 – N300 WiFi Range Extender

I'm trying to set a static IP for my wifi extender (EX2700). The manual - http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX2700/EX2700_UM_EN.pdf - says to click Settings > WifiSetup... but when I click Settings nothing happens. Chrome treats it like a hyperlink, but it doesn't seem to be pointing to an address. The "Do More" hyperlink also doesn't do anything.

Is this a known issue? The firmware is up to date, version 1.0.1.20
