I have been using the AC750/EX3700 WiFi Range Extender without any issues for a year. However, after buying a second one, I can't get it to show up since the WPS is not staying lit. It flashes when it's trying to connect to the router but then turns off. What do I have to do to get my router to recognize the second one.
I do not have a Nighthawk Mesh although that was the only choice I had to pick.

Thanks for your help and patience. I finally got it to recognize the additional extender. First, I had to unplug the first one. Second, I plugged the new one in and reset it. Finally, I was about to see and connect to the NETGEAR_EXT (SSID) WIFI network. After I did all of those things, then I was able to get to set up the new extender. Of course, make sure you give it a name that's different than the first extender.
If Netgear would only have posted this second piece of support, a lot of the frustration would have been eliminated.

Re: Unable to Connect a Second Extender
try setting it up using the installation assistant and not wps. There's a video on the support site for the ex3700

Re: Unable to Connect a Second Extender
Thanks for responding. Since I have an existing extender, do I have to turn existing one off to get the second one to be recognized? I tried to connect before with the Web Browser Setup but I had problems.
