Unable to join the network "NETGEAR_EXT" because there is no option seeing my wifi manager

I am unsure of the firmware version because I cannot get the Extender to communicate with my Router (Sagemcom). My router is WPS compatible, but when I try to connect my Extender to the router it gives me the error message above. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro and Nighthawk app.

    1. what extender do you have? 

    2. what satemcom router is it (some have issues with extenders)?

    3. did you click on the wps button?  A mesh extender that is setup with wps will use the same ssid as the router. 

     

    There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
    Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
    Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
    Its a great resource to start with.
