Using EX6100 with Zing hotspot doesn't have valid IP configuration

Question

I have a EX6100 connected to my desktop computer with an Ethernet cable to connect to the wireless service provided by my Zing hotspot. It was working flawlessly until I disconnected the cable once and now there is no connection and I receive the error, "Ethernet 2 doesn't have a valid IP configuration." Can you help?

If you power cycle the extender does the connection come back?

Power cycling does not help.

Have you tried a factory reset and make sure the firmware is up to date?
