WN3000/N300 Cannot connect

Hi,

 

I am trying to connect WiFi Range Extender.  I have registered it, but it is not accepting my email and password, even though they are showing me what is registered, which is what I am entering, but no, I cant get any further.  

 

I thought this was going to be so simple, and it really isnt.  Please can someone help!

    Are you saying that you can connect to the extender WiFi network, but you can't access the web configuration?

     

    The email address/password used to access the extender don't have to match the registration.
