WNR3500 no CD
Hi all,
Glad to find you. I recently dug out my old Rangemax WNR3500.
But I do not have the CD that came with it. I have reset the router to factory presets because I couldnt remember my password. Now I would like to set up a new network name and password.
Whats my first course of action? Thanks in advance. :o

- storm_2003NoviceIn order to change the wireless network name and password you have to access the management page of the Router first. Here are the steps:
1. Connect a PC wired to the router.
2. Open a browser and type in routerlogin.net.
username : admin
password : password
3. Go to the wireless settings tab and modify your wireless settings.
4. Go to your wireless adapter settings and connect to the new network name and type the passphrase that you created on step 3.
Hope this helps you.
