Wifi Extender intermittently is connected but with no internet

I have connected to the router and all works well. However after a while the extender comes up connected but with no internet. I reset my main router and it seems to solve the problem but then after a day or so it goes back to having no internet?. Any suggestions?

    1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

    2. Does the Internet work fine on the main router when it drops on the extender's end?

    3. Does the extender show up as a connected device on the router's UI when the issue occurs?
